I created this clinic with a mission in mind…

I wanted to restore the highest levels of customer service to the high street. I felt something had got lost along the way with too many ‘off the shelf’ and ‘one size fits all’ offerings. SkinSpirit is an independent clinic delivering a unique service that is tailored to our clients’ individual needs. We will not compromise on the safety, standards, results or our technology and skincare. We will ensure when you enter our clinic your experience is all about you. As with any business, the devil can be in the detail. Our documents, systems, procedures, insurances, parameters and safety measures are therefore kept up to date and in line with industry standards and professional guidelines. You can’t always see it, but it’s there.

When you arrive at SkinSpirit for your free consultation we will welcome you to the clinic and then show you to our Coffee Bar where you can begin to relax. We will need to take a complete a medical history from you to ensure our practitioners can offer you the best possible treatment solutions. Your therapist will take a picture using our leading skin analysis camera system and write a personalised treatment care plan based on the findings. They will discuss treatment options, answering any questions you may have, and suggest products and procedures that will help you achieve your skincare goals.

We are a results-driven clinic and therefore an ‘after’ image will be taken to compare to your ‘before’ picture, evidencing the progress made.

Treatment costs are discussed and agreed with you prior to any treatments taking place. Any additional further requirements will always be discussed ahead of any changes to your treatment plan. We offer a range of structured payment plans and interest-free finance options for all our services.

We do not proceed with any treatments if you do not fully understand the information given and we ask that you take the necessary time to make informed decisions, asking any questions if you are unsure. Aftercare advice, guidance and telephone support is always available following treatments and our expert clinic team is on hand to ensure you are supported and well informed.

Client data is stored electronically and is restricted to clinic personnel that have a legitimate need to access it. The clinic is licensed, insured and regulated.

If we’ve got something wrong, we’ll do all we can to make it right…

Any complaints and concerns you raise will be dealt with fairly, considerately and promptly. Complaints will be acknowledged in writing and formally responded to within 2 working days. In order to ensure we never fall below our client satisfaction rating of 98.5%, we operate client surveys every 6 months and carry out regular quality assurance checks with our clients. Feedback from our clients is greatly appreciated and carefully considered. We have a continual focus on improvement and we actively seek your thoughts and suggestions on how we can develop our services and treatments.
