Cancellation Policy

Whilst we do all we can to accommodate our clients’ appointment rescheduling requests, we do politely ask for 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations.

Our booking system will send you an automated courtesy reminder at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, offering you the opportunity to reschedule or cancel your appointment if it is no longer convenient.

We operate a waiting list for our busier times and most popular treatments and cancellations can often be offered to those on the list.

Please note that cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time or appointments that are missed may still incur a charge.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Treatment Preparation Policy

Some of our treatments require clients to prepare their skin prior to their appointment. Preparation guidance will be given at the time of booking. If preparation hasn’t been carried out in accordance with the guidance, treatments may not be able to take place, but a cost may still be incurred.

If you are having Laser Hair Removal, please ensure that the area/s to be treated has been shaved 1 – 2 days ahead of your appointment. Please avoid all waxing and other forms of hair removal during your Laser Hair Removal treatment course. This will impact the success of the treatments.

We do offer client shaving services. If this is something you would like to arrange you will need to book a 20-minute appointment, 1 -2 days prior to your Laser Hair Removal treatment.

Please note that if preparation guidance isn’t followed correctly, treatments may not be as effective.

Payment Policy

We politely ask that correct payment is made in full before or directly after your treatment.

If you have opted for one of our payment plans, correct payment must be received before treatment commences, based on your agreed plan. Instalments must be paid at correct monthly intervals, usually 20% at the time of your consultation and then the agreed instalments taken by pay Go-Cardless.

Makeup & Cosmetics Policy

Certain treatments will involve the removal of makeup, deodorant, perfume and oil-based products. Your Practitioner will cleanse the area to be treated, however please be aware that some of these products may remain dormant in the pores of the skin, for which we cannot be held responsible. To ensure this doesn’t happen, please feel free to thoroughly cleanse the area/s to be treated prior to your appointment to ensure it is free from makeup and other products.
